PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project seeks repair and improvement of the existing sea wall and pier at Cappa. 

PROJECT JUSTIFICATION & OBJECTIVES

Normal erosion and adverse weather have caused damage to the existing sea wall and pier infrastructure in Cappa. Climate change and associated potential rise in sea levels and increasingly destructive storm activity are current and future threats to consider.

The project will complete an assessment of the current infrastructure, plan necessary repairs and upgrades and seek to secure funding for same.
