Cappa Playground Access

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project seeks to provide a new access to the playground in Cappa as well as improve parking and general amenities in the area.

PROJECT JUSTIFICATION & OBJECTIVES

The project will provide a new access to the playground which will reduce pedestrian activity around the pier and improve accessibility of the playground from Kilrush town.
