Kilrush Activity Park

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project is exploring the development of a recreational space in the town of Kilrush. This could be a park-like green area, an outdoor gym, table tennis equipment and other options for outdoor activities in or close to the town centre.

This project could be developed in conjunction with Kilrush Skate Park.

PROJECT JUSTIFICATION & OBJECTIVES

As identified in the Town Centre First health check Kilrush would benefit from an outdoor recreational space.

An activity park would be beneficial for physical and mental health and would also be another attraction that would entice residents and visitors alike to visit the town centre.
