Mars Cinema Redevelopment

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project seeks to explore the viability of redeveloping the MARS cinema and the options of redevelopment, e.g. cinema only, multi-use facility, etc.

PROJECT JUSTIFICATION & OBJECTIVES

Kilrush and the wider West Clare area are lacking in entertainment offerings. The nearest cinema is located in Ennis, around 40km away.

Exploring the viability of redeveloping the MARS cinema is therefor not only of local but regional importance.
