PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project is developing a pedestrian linkage between the Park Plouzané car park and the retail units on the Ennis Road outside the town centre. 

PROJECT JUSTIFICATION & OBJECTIVES

Two large multinational retailers are located on the Ennis Road outside the town centre retail area.

The linkage between the Park Plouzané car park and the out of town units would encourage shoppers to visit those units as well as the town centre and could potentially increase footfall back into the town centre and so support local businesses.
