Cappa Enhancement Plan

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project explored the viability of future developments to enhance Cappa. Residents' and visitors' needs were identified and plans were developed to enhance the area while maintaining its unique features.

Individual projects within the enhancement plan will be delivered in key stages depending on funding and include but are not limited to:

• Beach access

• Playground access

• Commercial activity

PROJECT JUSTIFICATION & OBJECTIVES

Cappa is an important and extremely picturesque part of the Kilrush area and well-liked by residents and visitors alike. This project contributes to the sensible development of the area with a focus on improving access to its main attraction.
